A downloadable game for Windows

I wanted to enter the jam despite not having a lot of time and create a game where I can connect my love for VtM universe, photography and old Newgrounds games / experimental games on Steam (such as Trauma).

This is a short visual novel that perhaps betrays a bit too much by its name. You wake up alone, in a field, highly confused. There are 2 endings and 4 choices to be made. I estimate each play-through may take 10-15 minutes.

If you gave this game a look, thank you so much for your time and thank you for those running the game jam, it felt really freeing to be able to sit down and do something small, but creative. I loved every minute of making it.

Music used:

"Kingfold(untrad.)", "explore deming", "[ST Juliana the Martyr]", "Isaac the syrian" by Anchorites

"Torpor", "Scuttle", "Surface" by Robert John

"hovering", "eventide" by Xylo-Ziko

Proper credit was also given inside the game, but me being able to hyperlink it here makes it easier to find :)

Using your own photography was such a good idea, it's not the first thing that comes to mind when people think of visual novels, and it worked super well with the theme!

Thank you  <3

Masterful photography. Eerie sense of place. Disorienting narrative, perfect for the length of the game.

Nice short game. Excellent use of photography! They really helped add to the "real-ness" of the story.

Very interesting game, I thought you really built up an atmosphere. The script was excellent and worked perfectly with the great photography and wonderful music. Well done!

I played it on my stream along with a few of the other submissions, I hope that's ok! Here's the link

Thank you <3
Also, not only is this fine, I would encourage you to also post it in this thread:

I'm trying to find other people that played many of the games and see their videos and reactions, so having everything in one thread makes it easy to hunt for things to watch :D

Really fun little visual novel with pretty imagery involved throughout the course of my playthrough. The initial song for the soundtrack is disjointed with sounds of nature thrown in to suit the theme very well. Other songs also suit the mood quite appropriately. Spent my time getting both endings.
Would definitely recommend playing through this short game.
